An escrow account is opened in the investor's name with our PSAN partner, linked to a unique address dedicated to their crypto assets, in accordance with the signed agreement.

2.

The funds are transferred to be secured, locked, and to verify their origin.

3.

The successful deposit of the funds is confirmed, and an escrow certificate is provided to the stakeholders involved (notaries, banks, lawyers).

4.

If the transaction is confirmed, the crypto assets are converted into Euros before being transferred to the recipient upon receipt of the funding request.

5.

If the transaction is canceled, the investor's crypto assets are returned directly without conversion to Euros or triggering any flat tax.
